Through individualized, play-based early intervention and family-centered services, we help children strengthen essential developmental skills while empowering parents and caregivers to support their child's growth.

Follow Me Early Intervention Program, LLC proudly serves infants and toddlers from birth to three years of age who have developmental delays, disabilities, or other developmental differences.
We support children and families throughout Imperial County, California, providing individualized, family-centered early intervention services in natural environments, including homes and community settings.
Our services are designed to promote developmental progress, strengthen caregiver confidence, and support each child's unique abilities and potential.
Services are provided in accordance with each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and applicable regional center authorization.
