At Follow Me Early Intervention Program, LLC, we provide individualized, family-centered early intervention services for infants and toddlers from birth to three years of age who experience developmental delays or disabilities.
As a San Diego Regional Center (SDRC)-vendored Infant Development Program (Service Code 805), we support children's development through play-based learning, caregiver coaching, and meaningful everyday experiences.
Our services are guided by each child's unique strengths, developmental needs, and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals.
Our goal is to help children build essential developmental skills while empowering families with the knowledge, confidence, and strategies to support their child's growth.
