If you have concerns about your child's development or are interested in early intervention services, contact the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) to learn about Early Start eligibility and referral options.

Families already receiving SDRC services may speak with their service coordinator about requesting Follow Me Early Intervention Program as a potential provider, subject to availability and authorization.

Follow Me Early Intervention Program, LLC welcomes referrals for infants and toddlers requiring individualized developmental support.

We provide 1:1 early intervention services throughout Imperial County, emphasizing caregiver collaboration, play-based learning, and individualized IFSP outcomes.
